Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kill One Meeting ("the Service", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Kill One Meeting is a B2B SaaS product that helps product and engineering teams reduce wasted meeting time. The Service connects to your calendar and messaging tools to collect feedback on meetings and guide teams through experiments to improve their meeting culture.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Have authorization to connect organizational calendars and communication tools

3. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We use magic link authentication—there are no passwords to manage.

4. Team Setup and Data

  • The person who creates a team is designated as the team lead.
  • Team leads are responsible for inviting members and managing integrations.
  • By connecting integrations, you confirm you have authority to share that data with the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to collect data about individuals without their knowledge
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

7. Pricing and Payment

  • The Service offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
  • After the trial, the Service is billed monthly at the current rate ($39/team/month as of January 2026).
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  • We do not offer refunds except as required by law or as stated in our promotional offers.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Google, Slack, AWS).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for decisions you make based on Service recommendations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
