What counts as a "team"?
One product and engineering team that shares meetings and calendars. Most customers use KOM for a single squad or tribe (3-50 people).
Do I need a demo call to get started?
No. Connect Google Calendar, choose which recurring meetings to track, and KOM starts sending prompts automatically. If you want help, you can always reply to our emails.
Do you read or store our meeting content?
No. KOM connects to Google Calendar in read-only mode and focuses on metadata like title, attendees, duration and recurrence. We don't record calls or read transcripts. Ratings are simple 1-5 scores and optional comments.
Can ratings be anonymous?
Yes. Team members rate meetings individually via Slack DM or email. The team lead sees aggregate scores, not individual responses. Honest feedback without the politics.
What happens after the 30-day trial?

What if my team ignores the rating prompts?
Rating a meeting takes 5 seconds — one tap in Slack. Most teams see 60–70% response rates from day one. Even partial feedback is enough to spot your worst offenders.
Does it work without Slack?
Yes. Slack is the fastest way to rate (one tap in a DM), but email rating links work just as well. Many teams use email-only and get the same results.
What if we have a larger organisation or several teams?
Right now KOM is optimised for one team per account. If you want to run it for multiple teams, contact us and we will figure out the best setup.
What calendar data do you access?
KOM reads meeting titles, attendee emails, duration, recurrence rules, and time slots. We never access meeting descriptions, attachments, video calls, or any content inside meetings. The connection is read-only — we cannot create, modify, or delete anything on your calendar.
Do you support Microsoft Teams or Outlook calendars?
Not yet. We're focused on Google Calendar and Slack so we can keep the product simple and reliable.
