Calendar Data (Google Calendar)
When you connect Google Calendar, we access the following in read-only mode:
- Meeting titles
- Attendee email addresses
- Meeting duration and recurrence patterns
- Calendar event IDs
We do not access: meeting descriptions, attached documents, video call recordings, or any content within meetings.
Slack Data
When you connect Slack, we access:
- Workspace ID and team name
- User IDs for sending direct messages
- Responses to rating prompts
We do not access: channel messages, private conversations, files, or any content outside of our rating interactions.
Usage Data
- Meeting ratings (1-5 scores) and optional comments
- Experiment choices and outcomes
- Service interaction logs
- Anonymized web analytics (page views, browser type, session duration, performance metrics — no personal identifiers, only loaded with your consent)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the Service: Sync calendars, send rating prompts, generate reports, and track experiments.
- Improve the Service: Understand usage patterns and optimize features.
- Communicate: Send weekly/monthly summaries, service updates, and respond to support requests.
- Billing: Process payments securely via a third-party payment processor.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on:
- Contract performance: To deliver the service you signed up for.
- Consent: When you connect integrations or opt into communications.
- Legitimate interests: To improve our service and ensure security.

- Closed accounts: Data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where required by law.
- Meeting data: Historical meeting data older than 12 months may be automatically archived or deleted.
