Kill One Meeting is committed to data protection and GDPR compliance. We offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all customers who need one.

What's Included

  • Security measures
  • Data breach notification procedures
  • Data subject rights assistance
  • International transfer safeguards (SCCs, IDTA)
  • Audit rights
  • Data deletion upon termination

Key Commitments

  • EU-based processing: Your data is primarily stored and processed within the European Union.
  • Minimal data access: We only process the data necessary to provide the Service.
  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Breach notification: We notify affected customers within 48 hours of becoming aware of a breach.
  • Data deletion: All personal data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
