- International transfer safeguards (SCCs, IDTA)

- Data deletion upon termination
Key Commitments
- EU-based processing: Your data is primarily stored and processed within the European Union.
- Minimal data access: We only process the data necessary to provide the Service.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Breach notification: We notify affected customers within 48 hours of becoming aware of a breach.
- Data deletion: All personal data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
